Our quality assurance starts in the field, where we monitor the water and soil content
and introduce only federally approved fertilizers and pesticides. We rely on the use of
beneficial insects to provide biological controls and minimize the use of chemicals.
From our farms to your shelves, our practices are constantly reviewed by our quality
assurance team. We don't stop there. Davis Fresh Technologies conducts random third-party
inspections to verify that our practices are among the safest in the industry. We are
proud to carry PROSAFE accreditation.
We have HACCP programs, and more, in place to insure the sanitation of our
personnel and our facilities. At Southern Specialties we diligently strive to improve
